Honouring the life of Jesse Warn & raising suicide awareness
Donation protected
My dear friends are experiencing an unimaginable loss—the passing of Jesse, a strong, brave, loving, and caring young man. Jesse had a way of bringing happiness and joy to everyone he met, but his presence was especially meaningful to his devoted Aunt Katrina and his little cousin Caleb. For the majority of his adult life, Jesse lived with them as he navigated his healing journey, becoming an irreplaceable part of their world.
Jesse meant everything to Katrina and Caleb, particularly Caleb, who, despite living with high-needs Autism, ADHD, ID, and being non-verbal, found comfort, admiration, and deep joy in Jesse. Their bond was truly special.
Jesse endured more hardship and trauma than any person should ever have to face, carrying burdens no one should bear. Yet, even through his struggles, he left an unforgettable mark on this world—filling his family’s lives with love, laughter, and support. He cherished his time with Katrina and Caleb, bonding over their shared love for music and bringing stability and peace to their often chaotic world. In turn, they gave him the same unconditional love and support.
Now, in his absence, the family he leaves behind—his Mother, Nanna, siblings Matt , Lily , Tim and Renai and his young niece and nephew’s and especially Katrina and Caleb—are facing an immense loss. Their grief is overwhelming, and the road ahead will be long as they try to rebuild their lives without him.
In Jesse’s memory and to raise awareness for suicide prevention, we ask for any support to help Katrina, Caleb, and their family give Jesse the farewell he deserves and assist them in moving forward during this incredibly difficult time.
Though Jesse’s time with us was far too short, the love he gave and the impact he had on those around him were profound. He adored his animals, his family, and his music with all his heart.
Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference to this beautiful family as they honor Jesse’s life and carry forward his legacy—especially for young Caleb.
Suicide has touched far too many lives. In 2023 alone, 3,214 people in Australia died by suicide, with 2,419 of them being men. It’s time for change. Let’s work together to support better mental health for everyone, particularly for men who are often suffering in silence.
If you can, please donate, share, and spread awareness. Your kindness and generosity will mean the world to this grieving family
