It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful Cole William Rioux on August 27, 2026.

Cole is the most kind, genuine and gentle spirit. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, be a shoulder to cry on or do something just to make you laugh or smile. No questions asked, no hesitation, he was always there. He had a deep passion for welding, cars and lego. He also had a very impressive pocket knife collection. Cole was a proud former member of the London Karate club and wore his brown belt with such honour and pride. Cole was very excited and eager to be able to work at his new welding job at Cirelli Steel.

Cole's life touched everyone who shared in his story. Cole was the most wonderful son, Grandchild, Nephew, cousin, boyfriend, friend, and coworker. He was truly adored by all who knew and loved him.

Cole's family has felt so much love and support from their family, friends, and their community that extends worldwide. The family has received many beautiful messages of those of you who have asked how they can continue to help during this difficult time.

Melissa Moniz (Cole's cousin and birthday buddy) along side of (Marla's best friend) Joyce Morgan; have received permission to organize a gofundme page to honour Cole's beautiful life in lieu of flowers or meals. All funds will be given to Cole's phenomenal parents Marla and Chris Rioux, to help pay for costs during this difficult time.

The family would again like to extend their deepest gratitude to all who have and continue to support them during this difficult time.
