Thank You Mrs Bell – Celebrating 22 Years of Music, Leadership & Love at St Margaret’s

After 22 remarkable years of service to St Margaret’s School, Durham, Mrs Bell is finishing her journey, and we want to send her off with all the love and gratitude she deserves.

Not only has she inspired generations as a dedicated music teacher, but she has also shaped the school community as Head of Infants, Assistant Head, a passionate Infant School teacher, and even stepped up as Acting Headteacher during a key transitional period.

From leading joyful concerts to nurturing young minds in their first years of school, Mrs Bell has always given her whole heart. She has supported staff, students, and families with care, strength, and a deep love for education.

Her final music concert and the farewell to her last group of students marked the end of an era, and we want to celebrate her the way she deserves.

This GoFundMe has been set up by the school community to say thank you for the music, the leadership, the kindness, and the years of quiet, powerful dedication.

Funds raised will go towards a special gift or experience for Mrs Bell as she begins her next chapter , whether that’s a well-earned holiday, a new adventure, or simply something to show her how deeply she is appreciated.

Let’s come together , pupils, parents, colleagues past and present and show Mrs Bell what a difference she’s made.
