It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of our beloved poppy while he was overseas. This unexpected loss has left us devastated and struggling to process the shock of losing him so suddenly and so far from home. The pain of not being able to be there in his final moments makes this even more heartbreaking.

Our dad was more than just a father — he was an amazing husband, proud grandfather, a cherished great-grandfather, a loving brother, and a loyal friend to so many. He was our protector, our teacher, our biggest supporter, and the steady foundation of our family. He had a way of making everyone around him feel seen, heard, and valued.

He was the kind of person who always put others before himself. He worked hard, loved deeply, and showed up whenever someone needed him. Whether it was offering advice, lending a helping hand, or simply sharing a laugh, he made a lasting impact on the lives of so many people.

As we navigate this incredibly difficult time, we are trying to honor his memory and give him the farewell he deserves. Because his passing happened overseas, there are unexpected and overwhelming expenses, including funeral arrangements and the costs associated with bringing him home. This has placed a significant financial burden on our family.
