Honouring Michael Trembath's Life's Work

Donation protected

On Thursday 25th March, we lost a true friend and teacher, devoted father and husband, and world healer, Michael Trembath. After suffering a heart attack, Michael was awaiting bypass surgery to mend his beautiful heart. Alas, the surgery day never came as he left this earth plane and settled into the heavens early on Thursday morning.

He had a strong history of genetic heart disease in his family. It was never thought he would not make it back home to his wife Megan and young daughter, Jai.

The shock of losing his grounded presence in the community has left us unprepared, and the loss of a father and husband is beyond devastating.

Michael had dedicated his life to emotional wellbeing, hands-on healing, a vibrant way of living, and spiritual awakening. He healed his own trauma and offered his services as a physical and emotional therapist to others all over the world. He was the living master and steward of the Samvahan tradition, as passed on in India from his teacher, Gandhi's doctor, and renowned healer, Dr. Ram K. Bhosle. Samvahan, which means, ‘the vehicle which brings balance,’ is a vibrational technique and a perspective for living.

Michael was originally from Arvada, Colorado. He spent numerous years in America, Europe, and India travelling and mastering techniques of Zentherapy, Osteopathy, EFT, and Ayurveda. His deep healing presence was supported by degrees in Psychology, Business, and Massage. He calls Sydney home with his inspiring wife Megan, and creative 12 yr old daughter, Jai.

He was adventurous, and loved the outdoors, skiing, kayaking, and bushwalking. He had a passion for music, instruments, and sound. He often referred to himself as an anatomy nerd, but his true loves were Megan and Jai. They are a deeply connected family and spending quality time with them was his favourite pastime.

If you were lucky enough to have worked with Michael, there’s no doubt you will still hear his voice telling you to find your feet, get grounded, and let your emotions move through you. He was a master of perspective and offered tangible ways to use awareness for healing, balance, and a better life. Tens of thousands of clients and students have been lucky enough to experience his depth as a practitioner.

We know Michael will always be with us in spirit, but as an ode to his young daughter Jai, we want this to be a platform for the whole community to offer memories of love, messages of support, and financial contribution for her future and education.  Any funds generously donated will help to support Megan and Jai as they transition into every day without their much loved Michael.

For all his love and support it is our time to give back to him and his family, to honour his legacy, and rally together as we navigate this earthly experience of grief.
