It’s with the heaviest heart that we share the passing of my beautiful mother who was a sister, auntie, cousin and friend to many, Brea Stewart, at just 43 years old.
For the past five years, my mom fought bravely through diabetes, kidney failure, dialysis, and eventually, the heartbreaking loss of her sight. Through it all, she never lost her warmth, her strength, or her love for her family. My younger brothers and I took care of her every day, not because we had to, but because she was our world. We loved her deeply and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. No thought about it…Her passing came just three days before Ezrin, her youngest sons, high school graduation—a milestone she would be so proud to witness. This loss has hit all of us hard, but especially her baby boy, who now carries this weight during a time that should have been filled with celebration.
We’re now doing our best to give our mom the peaceful, dignified goodbye she deserves. If you’re able to donate or share, it would mean so much to our family. Your kindness, support, and prayers are helping us carry the weight of this heartbreak.
Thank you for loving her with us.
