To honor the life, legacy, and the many lives Yolanda has touched, we, the children, are asking you to help us celebrate Yolanda's life financially.

On December 19th, 2024, Yolanda succumbed to her 13-year battle with a rare autoimmune disease. Due to this condition and certain medications given to her to cure the disease, Yolanda was not able to get life insurance to relieve the family of the burden of celebrating her life after she has transitioned.

Although this was nothing new to her loved ones who were there with her and for her throughout this battle, at the end of October, Yolanda endured multiple complications that included an invasive procedure that would improve and then complicate her healing process.

Yolanda was a private social butterfly who didn’t know a stranger. If she could enrich your life with words of affirmation, direction, or even instruction on how to care for yourself or your loved one, she would not hesitate to give these things and more freely.
