It is with deep sorrow and disbelief that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, Xavier Franklin (affectionately known as “X-Man“), on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. He was admired and respected by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
