Honoring Weldon's Kind Heart and Legacy Together

We are all saddened by the sudden passing of our friend and former co-worker, Weldon Jenkins. Weldon was only 54 years old, and his loss will be deeply felt by all who knew him. He had been on disability for the past four years due to severe lung damage he sustained after contracting Covid. Despite dealing with dialysis, he remained a source of strength and kindness to his family and those around him. He will always be remembered for his kind heart and big smile.

A few people have asked how they can come together and support his family to offset his funeral expenses. Weldon's health issues placed a significant strain on his family, and any assistance during this difficult time would be greatly appreciated. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Friday, November 8, 2024 at Servants of Christ, The Dome Building, 9690 Shepherds Creek Place, LaPlata, MD, 20646. Viewing is 10am-11am and service is 11am-noon. Interment directly after services at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery Cheltenham.
