The Lopez family has suffered a great loss and we are in need of support from family, friends, and the community. This week, we lost a daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, partner, friend, and kind human being. Viridiana “Viri” Lopez was the nicest, most generous person you could come across. She always greeted people with a smile on her face and would light up your day with her laughter.

For those that know the family, you know that Viri lost her mom a few years ago. This was one of the hardest moments of our lives, being that her mom was also a huge part of the family. But even then, Viri was strong and continued to honor her mom the best way she knew how, with happiness and laughter.

Although her loss leaves her family in heartbreak, the slightest consolation is that she is reunited with her mom and they will both be looking down on the family.

Viri leaves behind her loving dad and brother. Although devastated and heartbroken, they are staying strong and doing their best to honor both of them.

Viri’s unexpected loss has impacted the family tremendously and we still cannot process that she is no longer with us. At any family gathering, you could count on Viri to always be there, ready for a good time. The thought of her not being at the next family gathering is devastating.

We appreciate any support and prayers for the family. Information for services and any other event for Viri will be shared as soon as everything is finalized.

We love you so much, Viri! You have no idea how much we will miss you. Please say hi to your mom for all of us.

La familia López ha sufrido una gran pérdida y necesitamos el apoyo de familiares, amigos y de la comunidad. Esta semana perdimos a una hija, hermana, prima, tía, pareja, amiga y a un ser humano bondadoso. Viridiana “Viri” López era una de las personas más amables y generosas que uno podía conocer. Siempre saludaba con una sonrisa en el rostro y alegraba el día con su risa.

Quienes conocen a la familia saben que Viri perdió a su mamá hace algunos años. Ese fue uno de los momentos más difíciles de nuestras vidas, ya que su mamá también era una parte muy importante de la familia. Pero incluso entonces, Viri fue fuerte y continuó honrando a su madre de la mejor manera que sabía: con alegría y con su risa.

Aunque su pérdida deja a la familia con el corazón roto, nos consuela un poco pensar que ahora está reunida con su mamá, y que ambas cuidarán de la familia desde el cielo.

Viri deja atrás a su amoroso papá y a su hermano. Aunque devastados y con el corazón hecho pedazos, están siendo fuertes y haciendo todo lo posible por honrar a las dos.

La pérdida inesperada de Viri ha afectado profundamente a toda la familia, y aún no podemos asimilar que ya no está con nosotros. En cada reunión familiar, podías contar con que Viri estaría allí, lista para pasar un buen rato. Pensar que no estará en la próxima reunión familiar es devastador.
