Viewing will be held Saturday, Nov. 2nd from 10 am - 1 pm at Alma Funeral Home (2130 E. California Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93307) with a celebration of life to follow from 2 pm - 4 pm at 1903 Bernard St., Bakersfield, CA 93305 (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints).

On October 26, 2024, Victor Esteban Arellano, at the age of 63, passed away unexpectedly, leaving a profound void in the hearts of all who knew him. A devoted brother, father, grandpa, uncle, and friend, Victor’s warmth and spirit touched many lives. He was passionate about riding his motorcycle, playing games, exploring new places, and savoring local cuisine.
Born on June 19, 1961, Victor was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Abel and Edna Arellano, as well as his sons, Michael and Joseph Arellano. He is survived by his siblings: Virginia and Rick Mayberry, Beatriz and Milenko Rodier, and Abel and Elena Arellano. He is also survived by his cherished children: Frank and Rebecca Arellano, Gina Arellano, and Alyssa and Cody Cowger, along with his adored grandchildren: Michael Arellano, Eva Cowger, and Ian Arellano.
Victor had a unique gift for making everyone feel like family, creating bonds that lasted a lifetime. Known for his quick wit and sense of humor, he had a remarkable ability to make you feel like you’d known him forever. His absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege to share in his life.
In honor of Victor’s memory, we are establishing this GoFundMe to assist with memorial expenses and celebrate his life. Any contributions are greatly appreciated and will help us keep his spirit alive as we gather to remember him.
