Honoring Veteran Andrew's Final Journey

Donation protected
My father, Andrew Burnett Miller, passed away last week in his home while trying to make it to the doctor's because he kept having this suffocating cough. He was a Marine Corps Vietnam veteran. He lost his battle with COPD.

All he wanted to do was make it to see 100 years young. He just turned 81 on January 4th.

He loved volunteering at the local VA Hospital with his veteran brothers in the DAV department.

He was the kind of friend to help fight for the little guy's rights. He was everybody’s friend and a protector if you needed it. He really wanted to make it past the age his mom was when she passed away recently. Our grandmother was 93. He suffered with PTSD from Vietnam, which made him sometimes uneasy, but he was still fighting for more help for his military brothers and sisters dealing with the same.

He loved writing poetry and taking pictures as a hobby as well.

Now it’s so hard for us as a family to send him home properly because local funeral homes all want so much money. Please help us in sending our father home in the best possible peaceful way. He fought for his country for tours in the military, which included but was not limited to Vietnam. We need to celebrate all of our fallen soldiers. Thank you for your help.
