Honoring Vernon Putman
Donation protected
Without warning on June 11th 2020 Vernon Putman passed away due to complications from asthma. Vernon was a loving father, lover and friend who made a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to cross his path. He leaves behind his fiancée Lauren (Ash), daughter Megan, son Josh, sister Regina, and mother Leslie.
Vernon was an unforgettable man who lived his life the way he wanted to live it. He was a man who reveled in oddities and embraced the peculiar. He accepted everyone for who they were and expected the same in kind. He was the lovable villain with a sly smile who wasn’t really a villain at all. He embraced life and countless numbers of us came to know him through his many passions: role playing, theater, steam punk, and h druidism to name just a few.
We are all devastated by the unexpected and sudden loss of Vernon at forty-six. No one was prepared and we were all certainly not prepared for the high cost of a cremation. We want to show Vernon the respect he deserves, honor his memory and ease the worries of those he left behind.
I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Vernon’s cremation. Unfortunately, a memorial service will need to wait for now due to the current pandemic. Though we promise to update you when one can be scheduled. We need to raise $4100 at the minimum to cover the cremation by 26th of June in order to be able to afford this service.
Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help Vernon’s family during this difficult time.
Thank you so much and have a wonderful day.
