Vendredi Godfrey was a beautiful, intelligent young woman who loved others deeply and brought joy to everyone around her. She enjoyed learning and was an academically recognized student from Savannah, GA, known for her top scores on the Georgia Milestones Assessment System (GMAS) in U.S. History at Sol C. Johnson High School.

She was also a twice-published author in in official, printed DEEP Anthologies. Her sudden passing at age 19 has left her family facing unimaginable grief and a difficult road ahead.
