Hello everyone,

My name is Vanessa Brown, and today I’m asking generously for you all to help my family with the cost of my grandmother’s funeral.

My namesake, Vanessa Brown, passed away surrounded by a few loved ones on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026. The last year and a half has brought many health challenges for her, but throughout our family has made strides to travel to her to New Jersey and finding the care and support she needed for her quality of life.

Due to the quick decline of her health and death not long after being admitted to the hospital, my father and others have contributed a significant amount towards finding a plot, a stone, funeral planning and connecting with the church, as well as travel expenses, which has totaled to around $10,000 in accrued expenses.

Any donation or share to help with donations is extremely helpful. All the money goes directly to my family to pay back the sudden expenses and assuring a smooth funeral service and comfortable transition on from the loss and grief of losing a monarch.
