It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my Uncle Aaron, who lost his short battle with cancer last month. He and his wife, Diane, were high school sweethearts and shared an incredible 45 years of marriage!

Aaron was a husband, father, grandfather, and the bestest uncle ever. When he received his diagnosis, his only worry was leaving Diane with debt. He did his best to sell his belongings, but his battle was too short, and he was unable to fulfill that goal. His passing has left a deep void in the hearts of everyone who knew him—especially Diane, who now faces not only the pain of losing her life partner, but also the unexpected financial burden that comes with funeral, burial, and everyday living expenses.

I am starting this GoFundMe to help ease that burden and to support Diane during this incredibly difficult time. Any funds raised will go toward:

   •   Funeral and burial expenses

   •   Immediate household and living costs

   •   Helping ensure her children and grandchildren can still experience the joy of Christmas during a season that will be especially hard.
