Upton was not only a dedicated New York State Trooper but also a loving husband to Paula Walker, a proud father to Bethanie Walker, and a caring dad to Brenan Walker. Upton's life was marked by his unwavering commitment to helping others, and now, in his memory, we seek to support his daughter Bethanie as she embarks on her college journey.

Upton Walker dedicated his life to serving the people of New York as a State Trooper. His final assignment was at Troop L in East Meadows, Long Island, where he was a beacon of safety and assistance. One of his passions was educating expecting parents on how to properly install baby seats, emphasizing that "preventing a loss of a life is job one." Upton cherished his roles as a husband, a father, a dad, and a friend, and he played them all with unwavering dedication.

Just before his untimely passing, Upton celebrated his daughter Bethanie's prom, proudly supporting her transition to college. Bethanie, at 17, was not only the apple of her father's eye but also the center of their close-knit family.
