After a courageous two-year battle with cancer, our beloved Travis Clonch passed away, leaving behind a family that meant everything to him. After graduating from the US Military Academy at West Point, Travis served his country attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army as an Apache pilot, completing two tours in Afghanistan. He later continued his service as a Foreign Area Officer, supporting diplomatic efforts in Morocco and Italy. But beyond his remarkable career, Travis will be remembered most as the life of the party—a gifted musician whose joy, humor, and deep faith left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He loved God, his family, his friends and his country wholeheartedly, and his presence brought light to every room.
During his illness, Kim and their three boys—Ryder (14), Holston (11), and Milo (7)—relocated to Nolensville, Tennessee to be closer to family and seek treatment. In that time, they found not just support, but a true community that has stood beside them through unimaginable challenges. Through Travis’s military service, the Clonch family has also built strong relationships with friends and colleagues around the world—many of whom are now asking how they can help during this difficult time.
We are raising funds to support Kim and the boys as they navigate life without Travis. Contributions will help cover home expenses so they can remain in the home and neighborhood they have grown to love, as well as provide support for the boys’ many activities and future needs. Any support—whether through a donation or by sharing this page—will make a meaningful difference and help carry forward the love and legacy Travis built throughout his life.
