update: Tony left this Earth on 5/8/26. He'll forever be missed, and our memories of him will be cherished. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to making it possible to tell him goodbye. Arrangements will be posted.

Tony Bridgers was a determined and resilient man who overcame many obstacles in his life. He constantly strived for success, self-improvement and furthering his education. He loved using his strengths to give back to others. Throughout his life he pursued many careers such as an EMT, firefighter, teacher, social worker, and The Beloved Pink Taxi-Cab Driver in Louisville. He raised two children as a single father. He finally met the love of his life, Crystal. They are raising four young sons and have built a lovely life together. He overcame stage 4 cancer. He was a remarkable and strong man, who never gave up on life. He was notorious for having the best jokes and pranks. His funny and determined spirit will be missed greatly by many.

Tony has unexpectedly suffered several strokes, leaving severe damage to both sides of his brain. Tony will be taken off of the ventilator soon. Tony is an organ donor, and his heart has a matching recipient for another chance at life. Due to the unexpected nature of the strokes, his family is unprepared for the costs of the funeral. Any contributions are highly appreciated and will go towards giving Tony the farewell he greatly deserves.
