Honoring Toby's Life and Legacy

It is with heavy hearts that my father Frank Rivers (Toby) passed away unexpectedly. We are reaching out to our community for help during this difficult and sad time. Toby was loved by so many and would help anyone in need. He loved old cars, fishing and old country music. He was a hard worker and never liked to sit around, he loved to be outside the most. We are rasing funds to go towards any funeral expenses that come our way, any amount no matter how small will be more then greatful! We also appreciate your thoughts, prays and kindness during this time.
