Honoring Tim O'Kelley's Legacy and Family

It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of our dear loved one, Tim O'Kelley. He passed in his sleep on the morning of Thursday, April 17th, 2025.

Tim dedicated more than 35 years of his life to making a difference in people's lives through personal development, including facilitating with PSI Seminars and founding Benchmark Courses. As a father, husband, teacher, mentor, leader, and friend, he was a cornerstone in the community.

He embraced each day with purpose and joy, always striving to experience the most life had to offer, and encouraging others to do the same. He understood, perhaps more than most, the power of being present and intentional - of living as if it were both the first and last day of your life.

Tim will be remembered for his infectious laugh, his zest for life, his gift for connection, and the unmistakable Oklahoma accent that made him instantly recognizable and deeply loved.

More than anything, Tim lived for his family and for creating experiences and traditions that they will carry with them forever. Many of you may know about his family dynamic. Tim was able to live his purpose, traveling multiple times a month, because of the loving commitment of his wife, Erin. He could be fully present for a class, knowing the children were cared for, taught, and nurtured while he was making a difference in our world. Their children were his greatest joy, driving force, and their "why" behind everything they did. Together with Erin’s support, they were able to have a beautiful, loving family and impact thousands of people worldwide.

While Tim was impacting the world, Erin was at home raising their children, homeschooling, and caring for their household. This was their dream for their children and family, and now that he is gone, we are asking for support to allow time for the family to transition. Between the expenses for the final arrangements and monthly bills, the family is facing an unexpected expense.

He is survived by his beloved wife Erin, their three young children, Stevie (12), Riley (10), and Harley (7), and his daughter, Mackenzie O'Kelley.

As we grieve this profound loss, we also celebrate Tim's incredible life and the joy, passion, and purpose he brought to every room he entered.

As we honor Tim, let this be a reminder to cherish the time we all have. Love fully, live passionately, say the things that matter, and always remember, every day is a gift.
