Honoring Tim Nurnberg

On what should have been a beautiful summer day, June 29, 2026, Tim set out on his motorcycle with one of his closest friends, excited for a ride to Woodstock. Riding was his peace, his escape - "wind therapy". It was where he felt most free.

At approximately 11:30 AM, that ride ended in unimaginable tragedy. Tim lost his life doing something he loved.

His riding companion survived but suffered extensive injuries and now faces a long and difficult road to recovery. Our hearts are with him, his family, and everyone whose lives have been forever changed by this heartbreaking accident.

Tim was so much more than a motorcyclist. He was a devoted father who loved his daughters with everything he had. They were his greatest pride. He was a loving brother, a cherished family member, and the kind of friend everyone hoped to have in their corner.

If you knew Tim, you knew his smile, his sense of humor, and his ability to make people feel welcome. He was always "stoked" whether it was about a motorcycle ride, a concert, time with family, or simply enjoying life. Music was a part of his of his soul. He loved playing his guitar, and there was rarely a time when music wasn't filling the room.

Tim also had a special love for his dogs. Ginger, Jillie, and now Harley. They were never just pets; they were family. They were his constant companions, always by his side, even joining him at work for a bike ride. If his dog was with him, he was exactly where he wanted to be.

Since Tim's passing, so many people have reached out asking how they can help. The love and support shown to his family have been overwhelming, and we are deeply grateful.

Our greatest hope is to help Tim's daughters keep the home where they built a lifetime of memories with their dad. It is the home where birthdays were celebrated, holidays were shared, guitars were played, and laughter echoed through the rooms. More than a house, it is the place that holds Tim's presence and the memories his daughters cherish most.

As we begin the difficult process of settling Tim's estate, we hope to ease some of the financial burden so his daughters can focus on grieving, healing, and finding their footing without the added fear of losing the place that has always been home.

If you can donate, no gift is too small, and every contribution will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser and keeping Tim's family and his injured friend in your thoughts and prayers is another wonderful way to help.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support as we honor Tim's life, filled with love, music, friendship, adventure, loyal dogs, and unwavering devotion to his daughters.

Ride free, Tim. You will always be loved, remembered, and missed, always.
