Honoring Tim Black's Memory and Family

Hello everyone,

I’m creating this fundraiser for my brother, Timothy Black, who was tragically taken from us far too soon. Tim leaves behind not only his loving family and friends, but also his young daughter, who will grow up without the presence of her father. In this difficult time, our family is facing financial strain with funeral costs and the unexpected need for loved ones to take leave from work to be there for each other.

On Friday, May 30th, Tim suddenly went into cardiac arrest. He was without a pulse for an extended period before being found, and paramedics immediately began CPR. After a tense struggle, they managed to regain a faint pulse, and Tim was airlifted to a hospital known for its cardiology expertise. He underwent a series of tests to determine the extent of any brain damage. Sadly, after 72 hours, we learned that the lack of oxygen for so long led to irreparable damage, and Tim was declared brain dead.

As we navigate this heartbreaking loss, my family and I are doing everything we can to honor Tim’s memory. We want to give him the beautiful service he truly deserves. Anyone who knew Tim can attest to his enormous heart, his role as the protector of our family, and his incomparable sense of humor that lit up every room.
