It is with a heavy heart that I share my father, Thien Nguyen, is in stage 4 cancer. The news has been devastating for our family, and coping with this has been unimaginably difficult. My father has always been a quiet, humble man—one who lived for his family and found joy in the little things. He’s the man behind the camera, never in front of it, capturing memories for others while rarely asking for the spotlight himself.

He has faced so much in his life, from enduring the hardships of war to building a life for his family here in the U.S. His strength, resilience, and love have been our guiding light. He is the one we’ve always turned to for help, for a laugh, or just for comfort. His love for his wife, children, and grandchildren is unmatched, and his personality has left an indelible mark on all of us.
