Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this message. My name is Tia Levandowski, daughter of Thess and Steve Levandowski.

This fundraiser is created for our mom, sister, tita, and beloved wife. Here is her story.

In November 2023, Thess was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. This news was absolutely devastating for everyone. Since that day, it was just the beginning of the longest journey ahead. We didn’t know what the future held, but we continued to have faith.

Although she knew what was ahead of her, she was a warrior. My mom stayed positive, continued to live her life, and took care of her husband and children. She was still extremely selfless and strong throughout the course of her illness. My mom has always been the heart of our home. She always brought us together, and she is what made our family a family.

The past 2 years consisted of chemotherapy treatments, radiation treatments, CT scans, and repetitive doctor’s visits followed by a series of bad news. At the end of May, my mom started hospice care, which was the beginning of the end of her earthly life.

After a long battle with this terrible disease, on August 1st at 3:00 pm, she reached her final destination: Heaven.

My dad, brother, and sister and I are planning to have a beautiful celebration of life for my mom. We would appreciate ANY amount, big or small, to help pay for the services to help lay my mother to rest.
