Honoring the Memory of Tina Maldonado - Funeral Expenses

Dear friends and family,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Tina Maldonado. She was a cherished friend, mother, grandmother, and family member who brought so much love and light into our lives. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

As we come to terms with Tina's passing, we are faced with the difficult task of arranging her final farewell. We want to give her the dignified and heartfelt send-off she deserves. Unfortunately, the financial burden of funeral expenses is overwhelming for the family during this challenging time.

Tina was the sole bread winner for her family and primary caretaker for her 7 grandchildren. The grandchildren age range is from 2 to 16 years old. Tina's husband Billy is unable to work due to health reasons and now has the sole responsibility of raising their 7 grandchildren.

Funds raised will go towards funeral service, burial, transportation, memorial arrangements, and a beautiful headstone just to name a few. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in ensuring that Tina is laid to rest with the dignity, respect, and love she deserves.

Who I am:

Tina has been a dear friend and co-worker of mine for over 14 years at the VA, she always had a smile on her face and the best giggle ever! We hit it off the moment I went in for my first interview. Tina greeted me with so much kindness and compassion her smile was definitely contagious. Our friendship grew and she became part of my "work family!"

Per Billy's request I am setting up this GoFundMe for Tina's family. All proceeds will be going towards saying goodbye to Tina in the most respectful service which reflects the beautiful person loved by so many.

We also appreciate your thoughts, prayers, and messages of support during this difficult time. Your kindness means the world to us as we navigate through our grief.
