Honoring the Memory of Steven William Loucks

Dearest friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

Our hearts are shattered as we share the news of the unexpected and tragic loss of my nephew Steven. On Monday, April 28, 2025, our family's world was irrevocably changed when Steven, just 15 years old, was found deceased by his loving mother, Deena.

Steven was a bright light in all of our lives. A talented football player with a passion for the game, he brought energy and enthusiasm to the field and to everything he did. More than that, he was a loving big brother, always looking out for his siblings with a caring and protective spirit. To know Steven was to know a wonderful soul – kind, compassionate, and full of potential that was tragically cut short.

Deena and our entire family are grappling with unimaginable grief as we navigate this devastating loss. No parent should ever have to endure the pain of losing a child, and the suddenness of Steven's passing has added another layer of profound sorrow.

In this incredibly difficult time, we are reaching out for support to help alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with laying Steven to rest and allowing Deena the space and time she needs to grieve without added worry.
