This week, our unit and the 92M community suffered an unimaginable loss. On Monday, SSG Danny Garcia, a dedicated soldier, loving father, and loyal friend, passed away unexpectedly.

Danny served his country with honor, integrity, and selflessness. Whether in uniform or out, he was the kind of person who lifted up those around him with his contagious laughter and ever present smile. He was willing to help without being asked, lead by example, and cared deeply about everyone he surrounded himself with. His dedication to his brothers and sisters in arms was matched only by his devotion to his family.
