Honoring the Memory of Joe Perkins

My name is Rob Weinberger. I am a musical artist from the Southern Tier of New York.

My dear friend and musical colleague Joseph Perkins passed away January 30th, after a lengthy, courageous battle with very challenging health complications.

Joe was a consummate musician, an extraordinary bassist, a loving partner, father, and grandfather, and a passionate advocate for human rights. His joy for life and his amazing gift of music touched many people for more than 40 years.

This fund is currently being set up to help his family with necessary funeral and travel expenses, as well as for a planned Sept. 3rd event at Rec Park in Binghamton to celebrate and honor Joe's life.
