My best friend, Diane Roxanne Burnett, was one of the strongest women I have ever met. I met Diane almost 30 years ago when she started dating Tony Burnett. Tony told me and my then-boyfriend that he met the "One." He said that she melts his heart like butter in the microwave. As strong as Diane was, today, Dec 5, 2025, she lost her battle with kidney cancer. Tony was there holding her hand when she took her last breath. Matter of fact, Tony has been there by her side through her toughest days. Even in the hospital, he rarely went home for food and a shower, and then straight back to the hospital. Doing this, Tony has missed a lot of work, on top of paying crazy prices every day to eat at the hospital or nearby fast food.

I am setting up this GoFundMe to help Tony and his family through this financial crisis. We are trying to cover the costs of this month's bills and also help cover the cost of her cremation services. Please find it in your heart to help this family in their time of need.
