It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Thomas Anthony Scafide, who left us on Wednesday, March 26th, 2025. Tom was a devoted husband to Eleanor and a loving father to his two children, Anthony and Reyna. He was also a cherished son, brother, and friend whose warmth, kindness, and laughter touched the lives of everyone who knew him.

Tom dedicated his life to serving and protecting his community as a  Montgomery County Police Officer for 28 years. His commitment to others extended far beyond his career, as he was always ready to lend a helping hand and share words of encouragement with those around him. His love for his community and family was evident in everything he did, and his absence leaves an immeasurable void.

As we prepare for his funeral, which will be held on Friday, April 4th, we are asking for your support to help ease the financial burden on his family during this difficult time. Funeral expenses can be overwhelming, and we want to ensure that Tom is honored in a way that reflects the love and impact he had on so many.
