We are heartbroken to share the tragic passing of our beloved 16-year-old, Terry “TJ” Burrell Jr., who was taken from us on Monday. His body was found in a wooded area with several brutal wounds that ultimately claimed his life. A child gone far too soon, taken instantly and unexpectedly from his parents and loved ones.

TJ had a warm, genuine smile and a calm, easygoing spirit that brought comfort to everyone around him. His presence was quiet yet meaningful, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

This unexpected loss has left our family in unimaginable grief. As we begin to navigate this painful time, we are humbly asking for support to help with funeral and memorial expenses so we can honor TJ’s life with the love and dignity he deserves.
