It breaks my heart to share that my father, Rochenel Moise, passed away early Tuesday morning after a long and difficult battle with renal disease. Losing him has left a pain I can hardly put into words. He was a loving and devoted father, husband, and grandfather—someone whose presence made our family feel whole.

My dad was a man of God, full of faith, strength, and humility. Even after being diagnosed with renal disease in 2016, he continued to fight with everything he had. For nine years he battled this illness with courage and grace, holding on for as long as his body allowed… until he simply couldn’t anymore.

As we try to process this heartbreaking loss, we are also facing the overwhelming costs of funeral and memorial arrangements. We want to give my dad the dignified and loving farewell he deserves, but the expenses are more than our family can carry alone.
