Please Help the Raygoza Family

In December 2017 the Raygoza family were hit with devastating news, a biopsy revealed that a tumor in Ana Raygoza's breast was cancer. Following a mastectomy in March 2018, the cancer fortunately went into remission.

A few weeks after her surgery,  the family was dealt with another blow.

Ramiro Raygoza's father passed away. Ramiro flew to Mexico to attend his funeral where he collapsed at the time believed to be from devastation. Soon after, his health began to decline.

He stopped eating and complained of stomach pain, while doctors dismissed concerns and insurance denied tests.

In September 2018, after several visits to the hospital and following a near fatal visit to the ER, an MRI test found a mass in Ramiro's liver.

On October 4th, following a biopsy, the family once again faced heartbreaking news. Ramiro was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and it was determined that 80% of his liver was affected. Due to the severity of his condition, he was denied a liver transplant and given just 6 months to a year life expectancy.

Despite this news, Ramiro and his family did not lose hope. The family came together to support him, doing everything they could to help him overcome this disease.

Ramiro started chemotherapy, but his condition did not improve. He needed more and more help as the cancer progressed. When he was denied home nurses,  family members took time off of work to care for him.

On June 4th, 2019 things took a turn for the worse, his condition declined rapidly and he returned to the hospital for the final time. After fighting for 8 days, he could no longer keep up the fight.

He passed away on June 12th, 2019 surrounded by loved ones.

Ramiro V. Raygoza was a beloved brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He cared for his family deeply and his loss has left an immense void in the lives of many.

Tragedy and heartbreak has struck this family profoundly, please help them during this crucial time of need.

Anything you can donate for medical expenses and funerary costs for Ramiro would truly be a blessing.
