Hello, my name is Teresa. My mother is Cherie (Monique) Encinas. On November 12th, my mom passed away. I am asking for help raising funds to give her a service that she truly deserved. My mother was known for having a heart of gold. She always did whatever she could to help any person in need, family, friend, or stranger.
