Here is a message from her youngest son, Paul:

I'm devastated and at a loss for words!!! My Mama lost her battle to Liver Disease !!!! Those of you who know me or have followed my journey with my Mom since 2014, know that she has been very sick and I have been taking care of her since then. I was her IHSS caretaker and she lived with me since 2016.... We got very close and did everything together. I made sure she had a loving, warm, happy home and gave her anything and everything she could ever wish or ask for. She also had the best of the best care. I've fought her insurance and the Healthcare system to make sure she got into KECK USC and UCLA for her liver care. If you work in healthcare, you know it isn't easy! She was not only my mom but also one of my best friends and biggest supporters. She fought LONG and HARD. She's been through TOO MUCH, but she always came out a fighter, hospital visit after hospital visit. I have fought this fight with her but this was something out of my control!

I'm lost and numb, to say the least.... My Oldest Brother passed away just a year ago on 12/3/2024. This is way too fresh and it's been a long year of grief and now this... I don’t know how my family and I will get through any of this, I can't even process all of it. With all that being said, this has left me with having to plan another funeral so soon for another family member, My Mama. Financially, this has been so difficult and might leave me down and out, so l'm having to put my pride aside once again to ask for any and all help that can possibly be given. No amount is too little. If you are unable to help, I would also appreciate a share or prayer as well.
