Help Honor the Life of Debra “Mama Dee” Turner

We are heartbroken to share the unexpected passing of our beloved Debra Turner, known affectionately by many as Mama Dee. At 66 years old, she touched countless lives from Wyandanch, NY, to communities all around the world with her warmth, kindness, and community spirit.

Mama Dee faced ongoing health challenges that ultimately led to her passing, but her strength, love, and faith never wavered. She was deeply loved by everyone who knew her — a mother, friend, and neighbor who always gave from the heart.

She leaves behind three children who are now faced with the emotional and financial burden of planning a farewell worthy of the beautiful life she lived. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, whose memory she carried close to her heart every day.

Her passing was completely unexpected, and we are asking for help to give her the best send-off possible, one that reflects the love she shared with so many.

Every contribution, big or small, will go directly toward funeral and burial expenses, helping the family honor her memory with dignity and peace.
