Dear friends, family, and community,

We are heartbroken by the tragic loss of our beloved Kyle David Jorda. He was a wonderful husband, son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, friend, and an extraordinary beacon of light to everyone who knew him. Even those who met Kyle briefly felt his profound impact on their lives. He carried a light within him that drew people in and never dimmed. Kyle was truly one of the strongest-willed, most intelligent, and loving souls ever to walk this earth.

On December 6th, after a lifelong battle with Loeys-Dietz syndrome, Kyle’s journey on earth came to a close, surrounded by his loved ones. His spirit and love continue to shine in all of us who were fortunate enough to know him.

We are raising funds to help support his wife, Angelena, as she navigates this difficult time without him.

This Go Fund Me is for Angelina (Ang) Jorda, the wife of our cousin Kyle, who passed away on December 6th at 28 years old.

At the age of 12, Kyle was diagnosed with Loeys-Dietz Syndrome, which is a connective tissue disorder. He had beat the odds many times over, surviving past his life expectancy of 23, through multiple open heart surgeries. As our family would say, he had sixteen "bonus years" with all of us.

Kyle was one of the strongest people we have had the pleasure of knowing, never letting his diagnosis define him, or keep him from living his life for Jesus. He has always been a role model for us (his younger cousins), giving us the best advice, perspective, and encouragement. We will always cherish the memories we had together. And we will never forget his Thanksgiving turkey!

We rejoice that he is in heaven, fully healed, watching over us.

In their nine years of marriage, Kyle and Ang adopted two puppies, Fluffy and Sugar. They recently achieved their dream of buying their first house together. This GoFundMe is to help our cousin Ang navigate this next chapter of life without Kyle.
