Honoring the Life of Jose Muñoz - Funeral and Memorial Funds

On March 31, 2025, our beloved father tragically lost his life in a rollover accident on Highway 395. Due to the strong winds that afternoon, he lost control of his semi-truck, and in an instant, he was taken from us and our lives were changed forever. His passing was so sudden that our family could hardly believe it—we wished more than anything that he had made it to a hospital, that we could have had more time with him, but instead, he was gone at the scene. The shock and heartbreak have been overwhelming. He was a father of nine, a man of immense strength, kindness, and humor. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family and always extended a helping hand to those in need. He built friendships wherever he went, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His warmth and generosity will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

As we navigate this devastating loss, we are asking for support to help cover the costs of his funeral and memorial services. This was completely unexpected, and any contribution, no matter how small, will help us honor his memory and give him the farewell he deserves.

El 31 de marzo de 2025, nuestro amado padre perdió trágicamente la vida en un accidente de vuelco en la autopista 395. Debido a los fuertes vientos de esa tarde, perdió el control de su camión, y en un instante, nos fue arrebatado y nuestras vidas cambiaron para siempre. Su partida fue tan repentina que nuestra familia apenas podía creerlo. Deseábamos con todo nuestro corazón que hubiera llegado al hospital, que hubiéramos tenido más tiempo con él, pero en su lugar, él ya no estaba en la escena. La conmoción y el dolor han sido abrumadores.

Él era padre de nueve hijos, un hombre de inmensa fortaleza, bondad y humor. Trabajó incansablemente para proveer a su familia y siempre extendió una mano amiga a aquellos que lo necesitaban.
