It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating loss of Jeffery (AKA Googie), a beloved 14-year-old who passed away far too soon on March 18th 2026 at Freedom Park in Star.
Jeffery was a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew him. He was known for his love of football, his school wrestling team, and calisthenics. Jeffery was very smart, enjoyed coding and playing fortnight. He also enjoyed watching horror films. Jeffery was really goofy and had the ability to make anyone laugh, even on their darkest day. Jefferey loved fiercely, he would do anything for the people he loved. He had the great ability to make the best out of any situation. He left a lasting impact on his family, friends, and community. His dream was to one day become a firefighter.
No family should have to endure the pain of losing a child, and the emotional toll is unimaginable. During this incredibly difficult time, we are coming together to support Jeffery’s family as they navigate both their grief and the unexpected financial burdens that come with this tragedy.
Funds raised will go toward funeral/memorial, living expenses and any other unexpected expenses. All funds will be transferred directly to Jeffery’s mom Jennifer.
Every contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the burden on the family and allow them the space to grieve and heal. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping the family in your thoughts and prayers.
We will forever remember Jeffery for his beautiful spirit and the joy he brought into the world. He will never be forgotten.
Thank you for your kindness, support, and compassion.
