Honoring the life of Irma Ramos
Donation protected
Irma was a beloved mother and grandmother. Born in El Salvador, Irma was a hard-working woman who devoted her life to being of service to others.
From running her own restaurant, to immigrating to the United States at a young age, Irma was fearless in her endeavours to better the quality of life for those around her. She was an exceptional cook with the best homemade recipes, infusing everything she cooked with love.
As a grandma to Lisa and Ricky, Irma poured so much love and support into co-raising her grandchildren. She was such a big part of their lives growing up and was even known as the neighborhood grandma in Sunnyside, Queens. She brought joy into everything she did, and each person she meant along her journey.
Truly a warrior spirit, Irma battled many health issues in recent years. On Sunday, December 27th 2020 Irma passed peacefully in hospice with her loving grand-daughter Lisa by her side.
With the expensive cost of funeral services, many families struggle to pay for a service to honor the life of their loved one. Please help Irma's family during this very difficult time by making a donation to give Irma the dignified funeral arrangements she deserves.
Our goal is to raise $6,000 for: funeral costs and medical bills by Thursday, December 31st, 2020.
Thank you so very much for honoring the life of this beautiful human who will be deeply missed.
Thank you,
Lisa Sirol
