Honoring the life of Igal Kaplin.

Hello, my name is Galit, and I am creating this GoFundMe to honor the life and memory of someone who meant the world to me—Igal Kaplin. At just 44 years old, Igal fought an unimaginable battle with brain cancer .

In June 2024, we learned the devastating news that Igal was diagnosed with a very aggressive brain cancer.

He faced a rare and challenging form of cancer with incredible courage, humility, and kindness—just as he lived his life.

Igal passed away on Feb 20,205

Our hearts are shattered, but his memory will forever inspire us.

Igal’s family and friends have been by his side every step of the way, selflessly devoting themselves to his care. Many of them put their lives and jobs on hold to ensure Igal was surrounded by love and support during his battle.

In addition to the mourning the tragic loss of a husband and father, Igal’s wife and 3 small kids are facing significant financial challenges, including funeral costs and the expenses they incurred while caring for Igal and on a single income.

This fundraiser is to help ease the burden on his family during this devastating time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go toward funeral arrangements and supporting his family as they navigate this loss.
