It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Gilbert Paul Cuellar. Our dad was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, and a cherished friend. His greatest love was his family. He shared a deep and unwavering bond with our mom, Rose, high school sweethearts with a love built on loyalty, compassion, and years of memories. Our dad was a proud and devoted father to his three children: Christina, Monique, and Paul. He loved us endlessly and found his greatest joy in watching us grow, supporting our dreams, and being there for us in every moment, big or small. He was also a grandfather to Monae and Estelle. He assisted in raising them as his own and providing them with unconditional love. His life revolved around providing, protecting, and loving his family with his whole heart. His guidance, humor, and unconditional love will live forever through us. Our dad valued his friends and extended family, and he treated everyone with respect and kindness. Whether through shared stories, laughter, or simply being there when someone needed him, our dad made lasting connections that will never be forgotten.
