On August 30, 2025, our lives were forever changed with the tragic passing of Cameron Lee Smoot. There is no collection of words that could properly express the depth of our sorrow nor do justice to the warmth of his soul.

Cameron gave the gift of life through organ, tissue, and cornea donation, with the hope that others may experience the full promise of life.

The purpose of this fund account is to help offset the funeral, burial, and other memorial arrangement costs. While Alison has a life insurance policy on Cameron, it does not cover the full cost. Cameron deserves a dignified farewell, but the financial burden is overwhelming during this challenging time. Any extra funds will be put towards medical expenses.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference. Your generosity will help us to focus on remembering Cameron and navigating our grief.
