It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved colleague and friend, Tanisha Grant, who transitioned on Friday, December 5. Tanisha was an unforgettable light within the JenCare Senior Medical Center Atlanta market—someone who poured love, patience, and grace into every patient, every teammate, and every center she served.

Tanisha began her JenCare journey at Hammond Park, thriving as a compassionate and dependable Care Facilitator. This January, she joined us at East Point, where she spent the majority of this year as our Front Desk Supervisor. During her time with our team, she became the heartbeat of the front desk—greeting every patient with warmth, supporting staff with kindness, and bringing steady leadership in moments big and small. In mid-October, she transitioned to the Forest Park center, continuing her commitment to exceptional care and teamwork.

Across every office, Tanisha made a lasting impact. Her gentle spirit, uplifting presence, and unwavering dedication touched countless lives—staff, patients, and families alike. She had a unique gift of making people feel seen, supported, and valued.

Most importantly, Tanisha leaves behind her precious 5-year-old daughter, Madisyn, whom she loved deeply and proudly. Madisyn will remain in the loving care of her family as they navigate this unimaginable time.
