Honoring the Life and Legacy of Chris Toumey

My dad, Chris Toumey, recently passed away very unexpectedly. He was an incredibly warm and friendly man who cared deeply for his family and friends. An Anthropologist of Science, he was always eager to learn about people and culture. He celebrated and supported me, my mom, and my little brother through every one of our endeavors. Our hearts ache with this loss. We miss him deeply and just wish we had more time with him on this earth.

Not only have we been put under an immense emotional strain, but our family has also been hit hard financially. His sudden passing without either a will or life insurance has left us with lots of expenses that we’re scrambling to cover. We certainly want to give him the proper memorial and celebration that we know he so deserves.

These donations will go to my dad’s hospital bill, the funeral home expenses, and to the memorial service. We hope to ease some of the burden that's been placed on my mom with his passing, and we appreciate any donation you can give in my dad’s memory.
