Honoring the Legacy of Fernando Minjares

Hello, my name is Mary Minjares, and I am fundraising on behalf of my beloved father, Fernando Minjares, who passed away at the age of 79 after a brave battle. My dad was a loving grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, and a cherished member of our community. He found God as an adult and was deeply involved with the church, always putting his faith and family first.

Fernando had a lifelong passion for boxing, not only as a sport but as a way to give back to others. He spent many years as a boxing coach, sharing his skills and wisdom with countless young athletes at the Colonia Gym. His dedication to the sport and to the youth he mentored left a lasting impact.

As we navigate this difficult time, we are humbly asking for your support to help cover funeral expenses and honor my dad’s legacy in a way that reflects the love and dedication he showed to his family, community, and his faith.
