Honoring the gift of Jane and Anne Reddy

Jane and Anne are the precious new additions to the Reddy Family. Lexi and Vishal found out they were pregnant with their 6th (and little did they know 7th) baby in November of 2022 and were overjoyed to share the news with all after their beloved sons Johnathan and Thomas passed in 2021 and 2022. 

At their 20 week anatomy scan in April of 2023 they were surprised to find they were expecting conjoined twins. The girls are joined at the heart and are thoracopolis conjoined twins. They each have two perfect arms and two legs with tiny toes, but share one heart between them. Through the council of their midwives they got second opinions with a local MFM here in DFW and were reccomended to fly out to Philadelphia to go to the special unit at Childrens Hospital of Philedelphia. At CHOP they have met several amazing doctors and nurses that have run multiple tests on the girls and have concluded that the girls are not compatible with life outside the womb. Although our hearts are broken I have been so encuraged by the faith the Reddys have in our soverign and good God. The Lord of peace is comforting them and I know so many of you already are praying daily for this dear family and our brothers and sisters in Christ. You are a blessing to them!

Vishal and Lexi have decided to stay in Philedelphia to deliver the girls with a surgeon that has a lot of expirience with conjoined twins. They are currenlty staying in a Ronald McDonald house and their three children Jo, Eli, and Nellie are being cared for by Lexi's mother at their home in Texas. Lexi is daily reporting the joy of the girls dancing in her womb, and they are both so incredibly thankful for the time God has given them with Jane and Anne.

Although this might change, they are expecting the girls to be delivered sometime around late June.

For those wanting to give to this family, funds are needed for living costs in Philedelphia, travel faire for the children to fly up to meet their sisters, potential out of pocket medical expenses, and funeral/memorial funds to honor the girls' lives.

Please be in prayer for the Reddy Family as they walk through this great trial. Pray for wisdom and clarity in their decision making and pray for the peace that passes all understanding to be with them always, for we know that the Lord will draw near to the brokenhearted.
