Honoring Terry Carroll's Dedication

After years of protecting and advocating for the voiceless, Terry is now facing the most difficult chapter of his life. He has recently entered hospice care, and we are coming together to support him and his family during this heartbreaking time.

Terry has been more than just an officer—he’s been a true guardian for animals and a compassionate presence for the people in our community. Whether rescuing a stray dog in the middle of the night, comforting a family during a difficult situation, or going the extra mile to ensure every animal was treated with kindness, Terry’s heart has always guided his work.
