Hello my name is Anita Perkins a long time best friend of Terrell.

I met Terrell who was homeless in 2012 on the streets of Washington DC, while working for a delivery service. I asked him if he wanted to join our team. Terrell accepted. We had daily conversations while delivering. Terrell listened as I explained that I was experiencing a tragedy as well.

Terrell played a major role in creating The Vision of Amari's Light - to uplift and inspire those no one else would give a chance. He worked hard and earned a place to stay,as he helped to rehab 3 places to give someone else a chance.

The Tragedy ,of Terrell's passing was very sudden and unexpected
He was seen in the emergency room on a Monday and was found unresponsive the next morning on the streets of Washington DC!
